Tradibake Co., Ltd., also known as “La Boulange”, is a traditional French bakery established in Thailand since 1999.
At the time, La Boulange was the first independent high-quality bakery, and has been baking authentic French-style bread for more than 19 years.
Its trademark La Boulange TM is an established and renowned brand, recognized for its products’ quality and taste. It upholds the French way of living in the expatriate community in Thailand.
Its original retail outlet on Convent Road in Bangkok was where it all began, but it has been operating solely in Pattaya since 2003.
More than just a bakery, La Boulange also features bistro-style meals in its Third Road’s outlet, prepared by skilled French Chef Alain Bazeilles. As in Bangkok before, this small eatery has become a pillar of the French community in Pattaya.
La Boulange produces breads, Danish (Viennoiserie), cakes and cookies. All its products are made every day on location, insuring the freshest products possible all year long.
Its most renowned bread is probably the “Montagne”, a sour dough country style bread popular for its long shelve life, perfect for midday sandwiches at sea (or on-shore, it works also..). But white breads such as “Campagne” and “Baguette” are also there to supplement the traditional everyday French cuisine.
